1. The present case has been listed on an office note.
2.It has been pointed out in the office note that in para 1 and 11 of the order dated 30.04.2024 whereby FIR in question was ordered to be quashed, inadvertently typographical error has crept in and instead of FIR No.0456/2021 it has been mentioned as FIR No.0465/2021.
3.In view of the above, the para 1 and 11 of the order dated 30.04.2024 are corrected to read as under:
“1.The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC seeking quashing of FIR No.0456/2021 under Sections 323/354/506/509 IPC registered at Police Station Patel Nagar and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom on the ground that the parties have arrived at settlement.
11. Consequently, the petition is allowed and the FIR No.0456/2021 under Sections 323/354/506/509 IPG registered
at Police Station Patel Nagar alongwith all other proceedings emanating therefrom, is quashed.”
4.With the aforesaid correction the office note stands discharged.
