1.After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the documents on record and after also hearing submissions of Ms. Laavanya Kaushik, learned counsel for the respondents, it appears that the present petition would be within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal under Section 14 of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.
2.In that view of the matter, the present petition alongwith applications is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Principal Bench, Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi for the same cause of action, in accordance with law.
3.It is made clear that no observation has been made on merits.
