1. Status report authored by Station House Officer, Police Station Ashok Vihar in pursuance of notice issued to the appellant has been handed up in Court and the same is taken on record. As per the status report, the present appellant has been murdered in 2012 and in this regard FIR No. 394/2012 under Sections 302/201/34 of the IPC has been registered at P.S. Binauli, District Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh.
2. In view of the above, the present appeal stands abated and disposed of accordingly.
