1.The learned APP for the State, on instructions from the IO, points out that the petitioner has been acquitted vide judgment dated 23.12.2023.

2.The learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not have any instructions from the petitioner in this regard.

3.In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed having been rendered infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to get the same revived in case the need so arises. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
