2.This application has been filed by the Applicant under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying for being released on Bail in FIR No. 43/2024 registered at Police Station: Bawana under Sections 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 3.Issue notice.
4.Notice is accepted by Mr.Shoaib Haider, learned APP. One of the victims along with her mother is also present in Court.
5.The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed. has already been filed.
6.In view of the above, the learned counsel for the applicant prays
for leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court for seeking bail. 7.The application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
