1. The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 [earlier Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been preferred by the petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No.0079/2022, registered at Police Station Economic Offence Wing, Delhi, for the offences under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. Learned APP for the State, in instructions of IO, submits that after the completion of investigation, the investigating agency has filed closure report against the petitioners herein. The said submission has neither been opposed by learned counsel for the petitioners nor has been contradicted.
3. In view of above, nothing is left for adjudication in the instant petition, at this stage.
4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of along with
pending applications.
