1. The present application has been filed under Section 438 of the
Cr.PC. seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 58/2023 registered under Sections 420/120B of the IPC and Sections 66C/66D of the IT Act at P.S. Cyber Police Station Dwarka.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant submits that the FIR has been lodged for alleged cheating to the extent of Rs.98,000/- and that the applicant has already entered into an MoU with the complainant in pursuance of which he has already paid sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. He further submits that the applicant has already joined the investigation, in pursuance of the interim protection granted on 22.12.2023.
3. Learned APP for the State, on instructions from the I.O., confirms both the aforesaid aspects.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the interim protection granted to the applicant vide order dated 22.12.2023 is made absolute and it is directed that in the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹20,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned Police Station and also subject to the following further conditions:-
(i) At the time of furnishing bail bond, the applicant shall provide the mobile number, which he undertakes to keep operational at all times during the pendency of the trial. provide the mobile number, which he undertakes to keep operational at all times during the pendency of the trial.
(ii) The applicant shall inform the concerned Investigating Officer about his current residential address. Officer about his current residential address.

(v) The applicant shall regularly appear before the trial Court as and when the charge sheet is filed. as and when the charge sheet is filed.
5. The application is disposed of in the above terms.
