1.Learned counsel who appears for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petitions with further liberty to take an appropriate recourse in accordance with the law. With the aforesaid liberty, the instant petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn.

3.Needless to state that if the petitioner takes up any legal remedy in accordance with the law, the same shall not be mechanically dismissed only on the ground of delay. The petitioners appear to be bonafidely prosecuting the instant proceedings before this Court. All those aspects shall be considered in the context of the provisions of the Limitation Act, 1963.
