following prayers:-
“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to:
a) release the petitioner on interim bail for one month in case FIR No. 636/2022, P.S. Narela, U/s 21/25 NDPS Act; and/or
b) Any other order, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be passed in favour of the applicant in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to
withdraw the present application.
