1.This is an application preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 151 CPC seeking withdrawal of the writ petition on the ground of settlement having been reached between the Petitioner and Respondent No.1/Apex Public School. Settlement agreement dated 22.10.2024 incorporating the terms of settlement has been filed along with the application.
2.Issue notice.
3.Learned counsels, as above, accept notice on behalf of the
Respondents.
4.From the settlement agreement dated 22.10.2024, it is evident that the School has agreed to pay salary to the Petitioner as per recommendations of W.P.(C) 6926/2024 page 1 of 2
7[th] CPC along with other benefits. In view of this settlement, Petitioner who is present in person seeks to withdraw the writ petition and states that the settlement has been arrived at out of her own freewill.
5.Accordingly, the application is allowed permitting the Petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

6.In view of the order passed in CM APPL. 65472/2024, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn recording the statement made by the Petitioner who appears in person in Court. Photocopy of the identity card of the Petitioner has been taken on record.
7.Date of 23.01.2025 stands cancelled.
