1.This is petition seeking regular bail in the FIR No. 73/2024 dated27.01.2024registeredatPSKotwaliunderSections392/397/411/506/34 of IPC.27.01.2024registeredatPSKotwaliunderSections392/397/411/506/34 of IPC.

2.As per the FIR, the petitioner robbed the money and mobile phone ofthe complainant along with the co-accused by using paper cutter.the complainant along with the co-accused by using paper cutter.

3.In the present case, the petitioner has been in custody for 9 months 29days.days.

4.Despite repeated notices by the IO concerned, the complainant has notcome forward to participate in the trial proceedings.come forward to participate in the trial proceedings.

5.The co-accused has never been traced and the mobile phone has neverbeen recovered. In addition, the investigation is complete and thechargesheet has already been filed.been recovered. In addition, the investigation is complete and thechargesheet has already been filed.

6.For the aforesaid reasons, I am of the view that the petitioner is entitledto bail on the following terms and conditions:-to bail on the following terms and conditions:-

i.The petitioner shall furnish personal bond and surety bond inthe sum of Rs. 10,000/- each, to the satisfaction of the concernedthe sum of Rs. 10,000/- each, to the satisfaction of the concerned

ii.The petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court as and when thematter is taken up for hearing;matter is taken up for hearing;

iii.The petitioner shall provide his mobile number to the InvestigatingOfficer (IO) concerned, which shall be kept in working conditionat all times. iv.The applicant shall report to the local Police Station on the firstMonday of every month;Monday of every month;
