1. The matter has been passed over twice. Even on the second call, no one is appearing for the petitioner.

2. By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 551/2019 registered under Sections 354D/376/506 IPC at P.S. Aman Vihar.

3. Mr. Jha, learned APP for the State has taken preliminary objection to the maintainability of the present petition.

4. Considering the import of allegations in the present FIR as well as the

decisions of the Supreme Court in Gian Singh v. State of Punjab,(2012) 10

SCC 303 and Shimbhu v. State of Haryana, (2014) 13 SCC 318, I find no ground to entertain the present petition and the same is dismissed.
