1.This application has been filed by the applicant under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 8/2022 dated 03.02.2022, under Sections 302/34 IPC registered at PS: Shashtri Park Metro.

2.After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the Trial Court after evidence of the complainant has been recorded, for which the matter is fixed before the learned Trial Court on 19.07.2024.

3.Application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed in accordance with law.

4.Learned Trial Court is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the examination of the complainant expeditiously and preferably on the next date without granting any unnecessary adjournment.
