1.The present application has been filed seeking regular bail in connection with FIR No.85/2023 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Maidan Garhi.
2.Pursuant to the directions given by this Court vide order dated 28.02.2024, the petitioner has been produced from jail.
3.An affidavit has been signed and filed by the petitioner to the effect that he does not have any title or right in the disputed property. The affidavit is taken on record.
4.In view of the fact that above affidavit has been filed, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, submits that he has no objection in case the petitioner is enlarged on bail.
5.The learned APP for the State submits that since the complainant is satisfied and has no objection with regard to the grant of bail to the petitioner,
the State also has no objection in case the petitioner is enlarged on bail.
6.In view of the above, the petitioner is enlarged on bail subject to his furnishing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and one Surety Bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate, further subject to the following conditions:- furnishing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and one Surety Bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate, further subject to the following conditions:-
a) Petitioner shall appear before the Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing. taken up for hearing.

7.The petition stands disposed of.
