1.Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, in all fairness, states that he would accept the suggestion made by this Court. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to raise all the objections, including the objections raised by the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition regarding blacklisting, before the Arbitrator.
2.Leave and liberty, as sought for, are granted.
3.The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with the pending applications, if any.
4.It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
5.The Petitioner is directed to request the Arbitrator to give him some time to amend the pleadings.
