1.This is petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seekingquashing of the FIR No. 199/2019 dated 09.07.2019 registered at PSHauz Khas under Section 498A/406/34 of IPC.quashing of the FIR No. 199/2019 dated 09.07.2019 registered at PSHauz Khas under Section 498A/406/34 of IPC.

2.During the pendency of the proceedings, the parties have arrived at asettlement dated 01.11.2021.settlement dated 01.11.2021.

3.As per the settlement, sum of Rs. 5 lakhs was to be paid to therespondent No.2, which stands already paid.respondent No.2, which stands already paid.

4.The petitioner is present in Court and has been identified by Mr. Khan,learned counsel.learned counsel.

6.There is no child born out of the wedlock.
