3.The present application has been filed under Section 438 r/w Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 93/2019 dated 11.02.2019 under Section 306/34 IPC registered at PS Ranhola, Delhi. 482 Cr.P.C seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 93/2019 dated 11.02.2019 under Section 306/34 IPC registered at PS Ranhola, Delhi.

4.Perusal of the status report indicates that after the last rites of the deceased, the son of the deceased handed over suicide note. In the suicide note, the deceased alleged that he had taken loan of Rs. 18 lakhs from the petitioner and that the petitioner had been pressuring him to repay the amount, which he claimed led him to commit suicide. The status report also indicates that the petitioner has joined the investigation pursuant to the directions of this court. deceased, the son of the deceased handed over suicide note. 5.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of Ld. a)the petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer of the case as and when required; the Investigating Officer of the case as and when required;
