1.The present petition has been filed seeking following prayers;

a)Issue an appropriate writ, order(s) or direction(s) or any other appropriate writ directing the Trial Court (i.e. the Ld. Dr. Neha Saini, MM/Mahila Court, South East, Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi) to expedite hearing of the CT Case No. 956/2021; AND appropriate writ directing the Trial Court (i.e. the Ld. Dr. Neha Saini, MM/Mahila Court, South East, Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi) to expedite hearing of the CT Case No. 956/2021; AND

b)grant interim protection from being ousted from her matrimonial home till the application is decided by the Ld. Court;

c)Pass any other or further orders that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2.I consider that passing such an order would amount to maintaining the

calendar of the learned Trial Court, which is not practical.
