3. The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:-
(a) To Direct the S.H.O of P.S. Budh Vihar through D.C.P. of Rohini District to expedite the complaint of the present petitioner in the interest of justice.
(b) To Direct the S.H.O of P.S. Budh Vihar through D.C.P of Rohini District to provide police protection to the petitioner.
(c) Pass any other and further order as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit
and proper in the present facts and circumstances of the case.”
4. Learned Additional Standing Counsel, on instructions submits that the complaint filed on behalf of the petitioner before the competent authority is pending inquiry and the same shall be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders shall be passed after giving hearing to the petitioner.
5. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
6. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of.
7. Pending application if any, also stands disposed of.
8. Needless to state that the said inquiry shall be conducted by the competent authority as expeditiously as possible after giving proper hearing to the petitioner and intimate the decision thereof to the petitioner in writing. The same shall be done in six weeks.
