1.The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been granted regular bail and he has instructions to withdraw the present application.
2.The learned APP for the State, on the other hand, points out that only an interim order of protection has been passed by the competent Court.
3.Be that as it may, as the applicant wishes to withdraw the present bail application, this Court need not enter into this dispute.
4.Accordingly, the Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
