1. The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

“a) issue appropriate directions to the respondent no. 1 to 3 to protect the

life, liberty and fundamental rights of the petitioners in the manner as the hon'ble court may deem fit and poper.

b) direct the respondent no. 4 to 5 and other family members and relatives not to interfere in any manner whatsoever in the peaceful married life of the petiitoners and restrain the respondent no. 4 to 5 and other relatives from visiting the petitioners at their residence or anywhere.”

2. Respondents no.4 and 5 are present in court along with their counsel

and submit that they have no grievance with regard to the marriage between the petitioners and undertake not to interfere with their married life. The undertaking is taken on record and they are directed to adhere by it.

3. In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of.

5. Needless to state that the contact number of the concerned Beat Constable and the SHO shall be provided to the petitioners and in case of any exigency, the concerned official shall respond promptly, in accordance with law.
