1.Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the proceedings seeking divorce by mutual consent are still pending before the Family Court and seeks to withdraw the present applications with liberty to approach the Court once the settlement is arrived and the divorce is granted.

2.Interim protection was granted to the applicants Abhishek Gupta and Narender Gupta vide orders dated 10.03.2022 and 12.10.2022, respectively, against any coercive action. Since parties have settled the matter and only formalities remain including conclusion of the divorce proceedings, it is directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants during the pendency of the Trial Court proceedings.
3.Applications are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
