As per the valuation report, the value of the property no. 1 i.e.

46-A, MIG, Ground Floor, AD Block, Pitampura Delhi-110088 is Rs. 59,61,600/- and for property no. 2 i.e. 39-C, Second Floor, MIG Flat, ED Block, Pitampura, Delhi-110034 is Rs. 01,06,68,000/-. The report is perused and taken on record.

As per office note, Sub-Registrar report is awaited.

Let fresh notice be issued to the Sub-Registrar to submit report with regard to ownership, possession and any encumbrance with respect to the property sought to be furnished as security.
