1.The present petition has been filed seeking interim bail on the groundthat the marriage ceremonies of the cousin of the petitioner is scheduled for17.01.2024 - 19.01.2024.

2.The learned APP for the State, on instructions from the InvestigatingOfficer, who is present in Court, submits that the factum of marriage has beenverified.

3.Having regard to the nature of allegations made against the petitionerand considering the fact that co-accused namely, Shankar who was releasedon interim bail did not surrender after the expiry of interim bail period and issince absconding, it is deemed appropriate to grant one day custody parole tothe petitioner to attend the marriage ceremony of his cousin.

4.It is made clear that the travel expenses of the accompanying police

official(s) shall be borne by the petitioner.

5.Needless to say that the police official(s) accompanying the petitioner

shall remain in plain clothes.

6.The petition stands disposed of.

7.Order dasti under signatures of the Court Master.

8.Copy of the order be forwarded to the concerned Jail Superintendent

for necessary compliance.

9.Order be uploaded on the website of this Court.
