1.This is an application seeking rectification of the judgment dated 22.04.2024.
2.Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that inadvertently her presence, as well, as the presence of the respondent no.2, who was present in the Court on the date when the matter was argued, has not been recorded.
3.A perusal of the judgment dated 22.04.2024 clearly shows that it is the learned counsel for the respondent no.2, who had argued the matter on behalf of the respondent no.2.
4.In view of the above, the judgment dated 22.04.2024 is corrected and it is directed that the appearance of Ms Priti Verma, advocate for respondent
no.2 along with presence of the respondent no.2 in person may be read into the judgment dated 22.04.2024.
5.With the aforesaid correction, the application stands disposed of.
