1.The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled their disputes.

2.He submits that the matter had proceeded before the learned Trial Court and the petitioner has been convicted for offence under Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3.He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and challenge the order of conviction on the ground that the parties have settled their disputes.

4.In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
