1.Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

2.The application stands disposed of.

3.By the present petition, the petitioners seek direction to Respondent No. 1 to ensure protection of life and liberty of the petitioners from Respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

4.It is the case of the petitioners that they are major and have married each other on their own free will.

5.The petitioners claim that the parents of Petitioner No. 1 are harassing them and they apprehend threat to their life and liberty.

6.Even as per the case of the petitioners, some complaint was given to the Police.

7.The petitioners are at liberty to pursue their complaint with the Police Department.

8.Needless to state that the Police is duty bound to take action in case any information in regard to an offence is given to them.

9.No orders can be passed in the present petition only on mere apprehension of the petitioners. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the concerned Police Station in case of any threat to their life and liberty.

10.The present petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observations.
