Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge sheet in the

present case has been filed without the arrest of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the

present petition with the liberty to move regular bail application before the learned Trial Court.

Liberty granted.

Since the charge sheet has been filed without the arrest of the petitioner, till the time the petitioner moves regular bail application before the learned Trial Court, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.

The learned Trial Court shall consider the regular bail application in accordance with the law.

In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
