3. Mr. Suman K. Doval, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4 draws the attention of the Court to his reply filed to contend that similar petition being W.P.(Crl.) 1154/2024 was earlier filed on behalf of the domestic servant Ms. Priyanka Kumari wherein exact similar relief was prayed qua the safety of the life, money and property of petitioner and owner of the property bearing number B-100, Swasthya Vihar, Delhi-110092. He submits that the aforesaid petition came to be disposed of vide

detailed order by Coordinate Bench of this Court on 15.04.2024. copy of the said order is annexed along with the reply field on behalf of the respondent No.4.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact that the instant petition is replica of the earlier petition, coupled with the fact the petitioner remained unrepresented for the last two dates, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed of as dismissed.
