Learned counsel for petitioner submits that application for

exemption from filing surety bond is pending consideration before the Hon’ble Court and is coming up for hearing on 06.12.2024.

Hence, matter be placed before the Hon’ble Court on the date already fixed i.e. 06.12.2024. The case shall be taken up in this Court as and when directed by the Hon’ble Court.
