1.Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh at later point of time.
2.Application is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted.
3.Counsel for petitioner however pleads that trial may be expedited considering that charge-sheet was filed way back in 2021 and so far, only 4 out of 19 witnesses have been examined.
4.The Trial Court is requested to expeditiously conclude trial, preferably within next one year, considering that only official witnesses are left to be examined.
5.With these directions, petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending applications, if any.
6.Order be uploaded on the website of this Court.
