1.Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking directions to Competent Authority to consider his name for pre-mature release in the upcoming Sentence Review Board Committee in FIR No.0072/2011 under Sections 302/392/397 IPC, registered at PS: Vivek Vihar.
2.Issue Notice.
3.Learned ASC for the State appearing on advance Notice, accepts Notice and submits that the case of Petitioner shall be considered for pre-mature release in the upcoming Sentence Review Board Committee, provided that he fulfills the criteria.
4.In view of submissions made learned ASC for the State, present Writ Petition along with pending Applications is disposed of.
5.A copy of this Order be forwarded to the Jail Superintendent concerned for information and compliance.
