3. The present appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984,seeks to assail order dated 08.01.2025 passed by the learned FamilyCourt-02 (West) Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in GP No.111/2024. Videthe impugned order, the learned Family Court has directed theappellant/ mother to permit the six years old son of the parties, who isin the custody of the appellant, to have meeting with the respondent/father and his parents in the Children’s Room, Tis Hazari Courts,Delhi, between 02:30 pm to 04:00 pm on 18.01.2025.seeks to assail order dated 08.01.2025 passed by the learned FamilyCourt-02 (West) Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in GP No.111/2024. Videthe impugned order, the learned Family Court has directed theappellant/ mother to permit the six years old son of the parties, who isin the custody of the appellant, to have meeting with the respondent/father and his parents in the Children’s Room, Tis Hazari Courts,Delhi, between 02:30 pm to 04:00 pm on 18.01.2025.
