1.The petitioner, by the present writ petition, prays that the respondents be directed to subject him to fresh medical examination.
2.Though the petitioner was concurrently found, by the Detailed Medical Examination[1] and Review Medical Examination[2], conducted on 23 July 2024 and 27 July 2024 as suffering from “Less Dental Point”, in parallel selection undertaken by the petitioner for the post of Constable (Driver), he was found, on medical examination, to be free from any disability.

on instructions, submits that the department is agreeable to subjecting the petitioner to fresh medical examination.
4.The grievance in this writ petition thereby stands assuaged and the petitioner does not, therefore, press the petition any further.
5.The petition is accordingly disposed of, binding the Union of India to the statement made by Mr. Sushil Raaja, learned SPC.
