1.This application has been filed by the petitioner for rectification ofthe order passed by this Court on 06.02.2025. The rectifications soughtare indicated in paragraph 5 of the application.

2.Learned counsel for the respondents, appear on advance notice, and

submit that the typographical/clerical error can be corrected as sought.

3.For the aforesaid reasons, the order dated 06.02.2025, is modified

to the extent that paragraph 2 thereof will be read as follows:-

“2.ThepetitionerwasappointedtothepostofLecturer(Mathematics) at respondent No. 4 - Bhagini Nivedita College, whichis affiliated to respondent No. 3- Delhi University. She was promotedto the post of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor on the datei.e. 11.10.2020. She seeks the relief of payment of arrears of pay,accruing to her upon promotion as aforesaid.”

4.The application is disposed of with these directions.
