1.This is writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India

read with Section 528 BNSS for seeking direction to Trial Court for registration of the FIR in complaint case no. 1553/2025.

2.The Ld. Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the police did

not take any action on the complaint filed by the petitioner and consequently an application was filed before the Trial Court for direction to the police to register the FIR but that application has been dismissed today.

3.The Ld. ASC appearing for the state objects to the maintainability of the petition submitting that if the application of the petitioner has been dismissed, he may challenge such orders as per law

4.After part submissions, Mr. Arkam Khan, Ld. Counsel appearing for

the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 5.Statement made by Ld. Counsel is taken on record and petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
