2.The present application has been filed by the Petitioner- Amit Kumarunder Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 inter alia seekingrelease of the detained goods of the Petitioner, in accordance with judgmentdated 6[th]February 2025 passed by this Court in the present petition.

3.Ms. Mayusha Goyal, Additional Commissioner appears and submitsthat the pre-printed form has already been dispensed with and changes arealso being made in the detention receipt and other pre-printed forms are alsobeing reviewed by the Customs Department.

4.It is submitted by ld. Counsel for the Respondent- Mr. Harpreet Singh

that the goods would be released to the Petitioner within three to four days.

5.The matter need not be listed further.

6.The Petitioner may mention the matter if the same is not released by

10[th]April, 2025.

7.The application is disposed of in these terms.
