3.The appellant has filed the present appeal, inter alia, impugning anorder dated 25.11.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C)16203/2024.
4.The respondent had preferred the said writ petition impugning aprocedural order dated 26.10.2024 passed by the Sole Arbitrator inArbitration Case No. DIAC/5257/09-22 whereby the Arbitral Tribunal haddecided to strike off the defense of the respondent on account of non-payment of arbitral fee.
5.The learned Single Judge had stayed further proceedings and listedthe petition for hearing after completion of pleadings on 22.01.2025.
6.In view of the above, Mr Tiwari does not press the present appeal. He,however, requests this court that directions be issued for an expeditiousdisposal of the writ petition after hearing the parties as the arbitralproceedings are stayed.
7.In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of as not pressed.We request the learned Single Judge to consider the petition as expeditiouslyas feasible.
8.It is clarified that all rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
