1. Mr. Rajeev Kumar Das, Deputy, L&DO appears virtually before this

Court today. He acknowledges that the payment as deposited by the Petitioner has been received. He submits that the process of re-entry withdrawal has commenced and will be completed within next four weeks.

1.1 The Respondents are bound down by the statement made by the officer appearing before the Court today.

2. Given that the payment was received in November, 2024 itself and the

fact that three months have already been passed since the receipt of this payment, the process should have been completed by now. However, in the interest of justice and at the request of Respondents, four weeks additional time is granted to conclude this.

3. Accordingly, steps for re-entry withdrawal shall be concluded by the Respondents within period of four weeks from today.

4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the

statement made by Mr. Das, nothing further survives in the present Petition. He seeks and is granted liberty to withdraw the present Petition subject to compliance of the order passed today.

5. The Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, subject to compliance as aforesaid. compliance as aforesaid.

6. List for compliance on 04.04.2025.

7. The parties will act based on the digitally signed copy of the order.
