3.The present bail application has been filed under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of the petitioner for grant of interim bail for four weeks in FIR No. 166/2010 dated 30.05.2010 for offence punishable under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Sarai Rohilla.
