2. The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 178/2025 of PS Uttam Nagar for offence under Section 143(4)/61(2)/3(5) of BNS and Section 81 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act.

3. Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that she is involved in child trafficking; and despite service of notices under

Section 35 BNSS through family members, she did not join investigation so non-bailable warrants were issued and presently proceedings under Section 84 BNSS have already been commenced against her.

4. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to unconditionally withdraw this anticipatory bail application, so that the accused/applicant may move appropriate application after arrest. 5. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
