2.These are two criminal appeals, one filed by the Complainant andanother one filed by the State against the respondent namely, Goldi,challenging the impugned judgment of acquittal dated 17[th]April, 2010, passedin S.C. No. 192/2009 in FIR No. 103/2009 registered at Police Station – Moti
Nagar.
3.As per the report filed on behalf of the State, the Respondent, namely,
Goldi has already expired on 30[th]January, 2024. The Death Certificate of thesame has also been verified.same has also been verified.
4.Accordingly, both the Appeals are disposed of as abated.
