O R R11.09.2025

1. The present appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 has been filed against the Impugned Order dated 02.08.2025, passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts in Ex. No. 20/2023 captioned Swarnim vs. Navraj Kumar.

2. By the said Judgment, the Family Court, while ensuring payment to the Appellant vide the Order dated 06.09.2018, has ordered the adjustment of Rs. 750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty Only) per month paid to the Appellant directed bythe Order dated 26.08.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge of Patna High Court. The said Order was passed in quashing petition being Crl. Misc. No. 34578/2014 captioned Ram Chandra Prasad & Ors. vs. The State of Bihar, filed by the husband and his relatives.

3. It is well settled that if the amount of maintenance is fixed under various proceedings, the same is liable to be adjusted. Hence,

this Court finds no reason to interfere with the order.

4. Accordingly, the Appeal, along with the pending applications, stands dismissed.
