2. The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks the following
prayers: -
“A. Quash the entire criminal complaint being complaint case No. 2937/2019 of section 138 NI Act, before Ms. Ms. Aishwarya Kashyap, Ld. MM karkardooma courts, Delhi as well as the summoning order dated 26.09.2019 and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice.
B. Stay the proceedings of the complaint case No. 2937/2019 of section 138 NI Act, before Ms. Aishwarya Kashyap, Ld. MM karkardooma courts, Delhi during the pendency of the present petition, in the interest of justice.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the impugned complaint has been dismissed in default for non-prosecution by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 11.06.2025.
