Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy in accordance with the law. However, Mr. Kamal Gupta, learned counsel for the School submits that he has no locus standi.
In view of the above, the present petition along with pending applications stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
