1.The Petitioner has filed the instant petition for grant of regular bail in

FIR No. 237/2022 dated 04.08.2022 registered at Police Station Special Cell for offences under Section 17 & 18 of the UAPA and Section 120B of the IPC. Chargesheet was filed and offences under Section 38, 39 & 40 of the UAPA and Section 21 and 25 of the NDPS Act were added.

2.Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2022 and even cognizance has not been taken in the matter.

3.It is stated by the learned APP for the State that the case is coming up

for hearing before the learned Trial Court on 10.07.2025.
