2. The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 239/2024 of PS Hauz Qazi for offence under Sections 103(1)/61(2)/3(5) of BNS on medical grounds.

3. Learned counsel for accused/applicant refers to the medical status report dated 13.05.2025 of the accused applicant issued by the office of the Senior Medical Officer, Central Jail No. 4, Tihar.

4. On being pointed out the concluding paragraphs of the same status report as referred to by learned counsel, he seeks permission to withdraw this application with the request that the accused/applicant be provided

treatment from Department of Neurology at GB Pant Hospital.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, directing the jail authorities to ensure best possible medical treatment to the accused/applicant through Department of Neurology at GB Pant Hospital or some higher facility attached with the jail.

6. Copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for compliance.
