1.This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail in case FIR no. 24/2021 under Sections 363/365/328/324/354A/354D/506/34 IPC and Section 8/10/18 POCSO ACT, PS Patel Nagar.

2.The attention of the Court is drawn to the order dated 09.07.2024 passed in bail application no. 168/2024. The order records that Ld. Counsel for the petitioner had withdrawn the bail application with liberty to approach

the Trial Court at an appropriate stage.
