First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as ‘B.N.S.S.’) (old Provision 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 453/2023 under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Seemapuri.
