3.This is fresh petition filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking to quash the FIR No.791/2023 dated 17/10/2023 for offences punishable under Sections 323/354/506/509 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Keshav Puram, Delhi.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to

withdraw the present petition so as to address arguments, based on the contentions raised herein, before the learned Trial Court, as the Charge is yet to be framed. He prays for liberty to file fresh petition in future, if so required.

5.Permission and liberty, as prayed for, in accordance with law, is granted. granted.

6.Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
